Donate your tenderly worn sneakers to our PO box and a 20 dollar credit towards your next purchase will be headed your way. The Sneakers and box must be in good condition. All shoes will be donated to the local kids closet .

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order you will be charged a 15 % processing fee (15% from the cost of the shoe). To request a cancellation, please contact us and make sure to include your order number.
Note: Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery.
How do I know the sneakers are authentic?
With 360 Kicks, the sneakers come directly from the retailers to your doorstep. Every shoe has a verification number and receipt that is sent straight from the retailers to us.

After we receive your gently worn sneakers, you will be sent a 20 dollar coupon code that can be used for all future purchases.
How do I know when my sneakers are coming?
Your purchase will be delivered to you within 3-4 Business days from the time your payment is processed.
